Our fee is contingent. You do not pay until a candidate is hired. We also offer multiple hire discounts.

S&A has a 90-Day Replacement Guarantee. Should the candidate leave without cause, or be terminated with cause within 90 days, Shefrin & Associates will endeavor to provide a replacement candidate at no cost.

S&A RECRUITING PROCESS

THE RECRUITING PROCESS: Internet sourcing, referrals from candidates in the industry and cold calling of non-client schools for "passive candidates."


Below is a Step by Step outline of our interview process:

  1. Source for qualified candidates, with a minimum of 3-5 or more years of experience in the search discipline.
  2. Interview candidate to review their resume in detail, salary, reason(s) for leaving current/past employer(s) and reason(s) for a new opportunity.
  3. Describe the Job Order in detail and obtain their expertise and accomplishments in each open requirement (verbally and email).
  4. Establish candidate will relocate, if offered the position (verbally and email).
  5. Obtain personal information.
  6. Obtain 3-4 industry-related professional references.
  7. Based upon completion of Steps 1 through 6, submit candidate BIO and attached resume to client via email.


Shefrin & Associates prides itself on submitting qualified candidates within 3 business days.

Our retention rate is over 92%. Every candidate's hire date, start date, etc. is tracked and recorded for each and every year.
