There is never a fee for our services, until after one of our candidates is hired.
RECRUITING RATE AND GUARANTEE
Our fee is contingent. You do not pay until a candidate is hired. We also offer multiple hire discounts.
S&A has a 90-Day Replacement Guarantee. Should the candidate leave without cause, or be terminated with cause within 90 days, Shefrin & Associates will endeavor to provide a replacement candidate at no cost.
